## Service Add-Ons

Optional services you can add on top of your subscription, order à la carte without activating a listing.

### Showings

- On-Demand, Agent-Led Showings: $49 USD per tour. Self-scheduled vacant or occupied tours completed by a licensed Showdigs Agent. Includes comprehensive tour report with prospect feedback.
- On-Demand, Agent-Led Open Houses: $80 USD per hour of open house. Ideal for units that are likely to lease quickly. Prospects will only see available open house times and can register to attend. Have a Showdigs agent conduct the open house for you, or choose to assign a team member.

### Move In/Out Reports

- Up to 1 bedroom: $80 USD/report
- 2 - 3 bedrooms: $100 USD/report
- 4+ bedrooms: $120 USD/report

### Periodic Walkthrough

- Any Size: $75 USD/report

### Vacant Property Check

- Any Size: $50 USD/report

### Secure Self Showings

- AI ID Verification: At no cost for self guided tours! Protect your properties through facial and ID recognition, adding an extra layer of security and verification to ensure the quality and authenticity of your leads.

## Important limits

- We recommend that users of our software manage a minimum of 100 doors to maximize the value from our subscription.
- The only way to use Showdigs Agents to handle your fieldwork is to be on a Showdigs subscription plan.
