This walk-through was ordered by your property manager to check the property for any unknown safety or maintenance issues during your tenancy.

Please be aware that you must be at home during the two-hour window. Our agent will arrive during the two hour window, and the actual walkthrough will take 30-60 minutes depending on the size of the property.

What is the purpose of this walk-through?

The property manager needs to document the status of the property so they can keep the property owner aware of the condition. This walk-through is an efficient way to do that! Please contact your property manager or landlord with further questions about the purpose of this walk-through.

What will be done during this walk-through?

A licensed, trained real estate agent will document the external and internal conditions of the property. This includes using their smartphone to take photos and record notes. They will also check under sinks and furnace filters to make sure everything is safe. Please note: The agent conducting this walk-through cannot submit work orders or maintenance requests on your behalf - this walk-through is strictly to document the current condition of the home.

Why do you need photos of my space?

The agent who is sent to the property will be there only to document the condition of the property. The photos they take are to show the property manager and property owner how the property looks. They will only need overview photos of each room and the property's exterior. These photos are not saved on the agent's phone and will not be shared with anyone except with the property manager and property owner.

What safety protocols do you have in place?

To ensure everyone's health and safety, we are taking the following actions: Prior to arriving to your home, our agent will call to confirm your appointment and will ask if anyone in your residence is ill or showing viral symptoms. If so, we will plan to reschedule the visit. Our agent will wear personal protective equipment. We ask that you stay a safe distance away from the agent during their visit and wear a mask as well.
