To upgrade to a Premium account or switch to a Basic account, go to your account settings to select your desired plan. You can cancel your trial or plan anytime from your account settings.

We always recommend starting with the Pro plan - that's why we offer it as our free trial! The Pro plan is best for a small to medium sized property management business looking to grow in the coming years. For larger management companies (typically over 1,000 doors), the Premium plan will effectively manage your growing operations and scale your capacity.
Each paid plan includes a certain number of tours per month (6 tours for Pro and 25 tours for Premium). Once you use up the included tours, you will only pay the discounted rate per extra tour ($40/additional tour for Pro and $37/additional tour for Premium).
Yes! Condition reports, move-in/move-out reports, and open house style showings are included in all plans.
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, and Mastercard, for payment.
If you decide to cancel your paid plan, your account will be downgraded to the Basic plan. You will not be charged the monthly subscription price, and you will still be able utilize our state of the art scheduling software and on-demand showings (in select markets).
