What can property managers expect in 2024?
Although rising costs have plagued the property management industry the last few years, coupled with the introduction of restrictive tenant’s rights bills and fierce competition within the industry, we’re optimistic about the coming year!
Property managers everywhere are shifting to a tech-forward mindset as Gen Z ages into the rental market. New technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and other software tools to streamline the leasing process, should ease the workload in 2024 while offering convenience to tenants. While the entire real estate sector is facing uncertainty, we think that property managers all around the nation will find ways to utilize these recent technological advancements to maximize their efficiency and boost their earnings!

NARPM Colorado Property Management Conference

IMN 12th Annual Single-Family Rental Forum (East)

IMN Inaugural AI in Real Estate Forum
