Is Showdigs compatible with other property listing software?
Yes! If you currently use AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware or Yardi for your listings, don't worry. Showdigs is compatible with all major listing software for property managers. Once you sign up for a Showdigs account, our Customer Success team will guide you through your custom onboarding process, including setting up your listing syndication.
What are my options when it comes to tours and showings?
You have ultimate flexibility when it comes to how you want to show your properties. Showdigs can schedule and assign showings to your own staff or we can have a Showdigs Agent do it on your behalf! You have complete control, allowing you to do what works best for your business. You can have all showings go to your in-house staff, all go to Showdigs Agents, and everything in between. We can even be a backup agent for when your staff is all booked up. In addition to in-person tours with agents, we also offer an automated self-showing option with built-in identity screening of prospects.
What cities do you have Showdigs Agents available?
Showdigs Agents Network is available nationwide.
Is it possible to order one-off services without activating a property?
Service Add-ons, such as on-demand condition reports and marketing photos, are available to order and purchase without paying to activate a listing.
What is a condition report and how does it work?
A condition report is designed to document the current condition of a property via photos and written descriptions. Mid-Tenancy condition reports are used when you want to check the condition of an occupied property, which we recommend doing every 6–9 months. Move-In/Move-Out condition reports are for vacant properties that are being turned over, these are frequently used to document the condition of a property to protect against security deposit disputes. Once ordered, Showdigs handles all scheduling and tenant communication. Then we send a licensed, trained agent to conduct a property walk-through and complete the condition report.
Can I use Showdigs Agents without a software subscription?
Unfortunately, no. The only way to use Showdigs Agents to handle your fieldwork is to be on a Showdigs subscription plan.
I'm a small landlord with only a few properties that I own/manage. Can I use Showdigs?
We recommend that users of our software manage a minimum of 100 doors to maximize the value from our subscription.
