Let's say you happen to be in the area where there's an upcoming tour of one of your properties and since you have some time before your next meeting, you decide to takeover a tour. All you have to do is open the Showdigs app, select the upcoming tour, click the "Take-Over" button and assign the tour to yourself! It couldn't be easier.

You decided to takeover a tour, but what if something comes up (like an emergency maintenance request or a call from your kid's school) right before your scheduled tour time? Don't worry, you have a few options!

You can use the Showdigs app to reschedule the tour for a different time, or you can assign the tour back to Showdigs and we'll find an agent to cover it. The Showdigs app also lets you cancel tours for any reason, like if you're already reviewing applications.
