What changed
Previously, minimum notice windows and pause periods applied to all tour bookings including those initiated by property managers. Now those rules show up as informational warnings rather than hard blocks when you are booking directly. You see the flag, you make the call.
How to use scheduling control
Booking a tour directly: Log in to Showdigs and navigate to the property. Select your showing time. If the booking falls within a restricted window you will see an informational warning but the booking will not be blocked.
Assigning to a team member: When setting up a tour you can now assign it to a specific team member directly from the scheduling dialog. It defaults to your configured schedule but you can select any team member at the point of booking. No need to reassign after the fact.
Instant confirmation: Tours you book on behalf of a lead are confirmed the moment you submit. Previously PM-initiated bookings required the lead to click through a confirmation before the tour was locked in. That step is now removed. The tour is live immediately.

Yes. Any tour you book on behalf of a lead is confirmed immediately upon submission. The lead receives their confirmation automatically without needing to click through an additional step.
Is there a record of which bookings were made by the property manager versus the lead?Yes. Your Showdigs dashboard logs all tour bookings including who initiated the booking. This gives you a complete audit trail of your leasing activity.
